OK...now I'm starting to slip up a little.
One thing I don't quite understand is: if it's a mandatory ban, then why is this the first time that I've actually
gotten banned for this?
Not that I'm complaining or anything - I know deserved this, but I just thought it was odd that I never got banned for posting in a spam topic until now.

"Original Poster", as in the original poster who made the topic.
It's from the "destroy" function mods are given. If they're lazy they just push a button and it gets everybody in the topic.
If you made the topic, it becomes a 3 day ban.
I don't count a ban as a real ban unless i get a personalized message from the mod.

If you were "stat whoring" which some people do.
And cant acess the forum,then get your BP instead. ;)
That's the thing though, before that ban most of the "spam" topics that I'd post in would get deleted, but for some reason I'd always be spared......
